I love essential oils! They have so much cleaning power and they smell wonderful! Using them around your home is a great way to bring nature inside your home!
Here's one of my favorite ways to use essential oils:
Next time you load your dishwasher, add 3-4 drops of your favorite essential oil to the bottom of the dishwasher. Not in the soap compartment, but in the bottom.
Then start it up.
Not only will the essential oil boost the cleaning power of your dishwasher detergent, but when the drying cycle starts, it will be diffused into the air, making your kitchen smell amazing!
A couple of essential oils I like using for this...lavender, lemon, lemongrass, rosemary and coffee.
