Shipping Policy

We want nothing more than for you to get your new fave cleaner ASAP!! All cleaners in the shop are ready to ship. Orders will be shipped within 72 hours after payment is received Monday-Friday. Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
  • We use both USPS and UPS to ship our products. Orders $25+ will have a $5 flat-rate shipping charge. Orders $54+ will receive free shipping. This is for both one-time and subscription orders.
  • Expected delivery dates are just that- when the USPS system expects that your shipment will arrive.

  • Once the item is shipped by Red's Gone Green, unfortunately we are unable to control or assist in the process of of delivery. Any information that is on the USPS or UPS tracking website is what we are able to see with regards to the status. If your order says delivered but you don't have your Red's Gone Green item...first, we suggest you contact your local post office to see if they have any insight. If that doesn't work, we find that submitting a lost package claim through the carrier's website. If you can't track down the package within 5 days, please contact us for the next steps!
