5 Essential Oil Tips for your Home
TO BEAUTIFUL SKIN!
Simple ways to use essential oils around your home
Add 3-4 few drops to the bottom of your dishwasher before starting your next load.
The essential oil will boost the cleaning power of your dishwasher detergent, and when the drying cycle starts, the oil will be diffused into the air, making your kitchen smell amazing!
Make a spray using water and 10-12 drops of your favorite essential oil. Before your company arrives, spray it all over your front door frame. When company walks thru your door, they'll be greeted by your home's signature scent!
Spray some in your return vents.
Spray your DIY essential oil spray, in your return vents. Then when the air kicks on, aromatherapy will be diffused throughout your home.
Make your own all purpose cleaner.
¼ cup distilled grain alcohol
1 3/4 cups water
¼ teaspoon essential oil
Mix all ingredients and pour into a 16 oz PET or glass spray bottle. Spray directly onto surface and wipe clean.
Make your own powdered scrub cleaner.
1 cups baking soda
¼ cup sodium percarbonate (optional)
¼ cup washing soda (optional)
¼ teaspoon essential oil

Truth is, my name's not Red. It's Kasey. But I AM a red-headed mama of 4 littles. Over 9 years ago, I investigated what I was using to clean my home.
What was my family breathing in?
When I learned that most household cleaners contain about 62 toxic chemicals, I couldn't believe it!
Cleaners should be safe, right?
I wanted a cleaner that was safe to use around my babies and that also smelled amazing. As the Executive Cleaner in my household, I knew that I'd clean more if I actually enjoyed it. Nothing would get cleaned if I didn't have a delicious fragrance.
But when I couldn't find what I was looking for, I created my own. And voila...Red's Gone Green was born!
Cheers to happy (and healthy) cleaning!
